Join us as Colton Wandke, Co-Founder & Partner at DECA Analytics and Partner at the PR Innovation Fund discusses the incentives in Puerto Rico for innovation and manufacturing. These incentives impact the biotech industry, but also many others, such as medical devices, software development, consumer products, green tech, agtech, and more. The speaker will also address the monetizable tax credits, local and federal grants, and other non-dilutive funding mechanisms unique to Puerto Rico.

Speaker’s Bio: Colton Wandke

Colton Wandke is the Co-Founder & Partner at DECA Analytics, LLC, where he focuses on executing the firm’s capital markets services and strategic initiatives for clients. With significant expertise in transaction advisory and non-dilutive capital structuring, Mr. Wandke leads the firm’s tax credit, grants, and debt financing programs.

Mr. Wandke is also a partner in the PR Innovation Fund.

Before co-founding DECA Analytics, Mr. Wandke worked in investment banking and private equity, where he gained significant industry experience in the financial services industry. In his prior roles, he led numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and participated in debt and equity capital raises for clients focusing on the Life Sciences and Technology industries.

Mr. Wandke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the SDSU Fowler College of Business and the designation of CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst). With his diverse expertise and experience in the financial services industry, he continues to drive the success of DECA Analytics and its clients.
